Reporting infringement

• Your physical or electronic signature
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on the Site where the material appears
• Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We will take appropriate action against anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.

Please note that submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
